1. Products & Services

SEASTAR TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("we," "us," "our") is an independent authorized reseller of consumer technology products for customers in the United States. We are a retailer of consumer technology products and do not provide standalone technical support services. Our offerings include:

• Sale of antivirus and security software licenses (McAfee, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender)
• Sale of storage devices, networking hardware, printers, and peripherals
• Sale of OS media and productivity software
• License activation guidance included with eligible software purchases

License activation guidance for eligible software is delivered remotely. We do not provide on-site visits or standalone technical support services.

2. Independent Reseller Disclaimer

SEASTAR TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an independent authorized reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Microsoft, Apple, Google, McAfee, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, or any other software manufacturer or OEM unless explicitly stated. All brand names, trademarks, and product names are property of their respective owners and are used for product identification only. Selling software & Products does not constitute a partnership with the manufacturer.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing from us, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and located within the United States.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are communicated before purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices and availability are subject to change and reflected on our website.

5. Software Licensing

Software products are licensed to you by their respective manufacturers, not by SEASTAR TECHNOLOGIES LLC. We will facilitate the sale only. All manufacturer terms, warranties, and end-user license agreements (EULAs) apply. Neither title nor intellectual property rights transfer to you through us. You may not copy, sublicense, decompile, or reverse engineer any software purchased through us.

6. Refund Policy

Software keys are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if unactivated or proven non-functional. Once a software key has been successfully activated, it is non-refundable per manufacturer licensing terms. Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original condition. 7. Activation Guidance

License activation guidance is included with eligible software purchases. We use approved remote-access tools solely to confirm your license is registered correctly. Remote access is initiated only with your explicit consent. You may terminate the session at any time. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of any information visible during the session.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain a stable broadband internet connection during the activation process
• Ensure your system meets minimum requirements before the activation session
• Provide legitimate operating system and software licenses if required

8. Availability

We endeavor to be available during posted business hours. Services may be unavailable due to equipment failures, maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS BEYOND THE MANUFACTURER'S STATED SPECIFICATIONS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SEASTAR TECHNOLOGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN QUESTION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or national emergencies.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Hillsborough County, Florida.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
